福島県双葉郡楢葉町井出本釜より。楢葉町は去年2015年9月に避難指示解除となった。竜田駅から徒歩で20分ほど歩くと海が見える。谷間で海岸線は短い。常磐線はここ竜田駅より小高駅までの36.6キロ区間は帰還困難地域に入るため不通となっている。ひとつ手前、木戸駅の山田浜ではすでに高さが8.7mになる堤防の工事が始まり海は見えなくなっていた。
